APPLICATIONS ENGINEER (AE) - Job Description
Location: Tulsa, OK
REPORTS TO: Technical Manager
SUMMARY:
A technical position responsible
for demonstrating benefits of, application of, and use of EngATech
products, including but not limited to the SolidWorks 3D CAD suite of
products, as well as providing pre- and post-sales support to prospects,
clients, and EngATech sales representatives and CAD Techs. Will also be
in charge of creating, preparing, and instructing all standard and
customized training courses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Include the following. Other duties may be assigned)-
Develop and present sophisticated and stylistic product demos to develop interest in EngATech’s offerings and that help advance the sales process.

Help persuaded prospects and clients in the purchase of our products and/or services and assist EngATech salespeople however necessary in the closing process of all sales.
-
Support EngATech clients technically via installation, implementation of software solutions on client’s site, and technical assistance of all services and solutions both on- and off-site.

Train EngATech clients on EngATech services and solutions.
-
Assist with all consulting projects as needed.
-
Identify and document the most efficient processes for use in the product development processes both for EngATech and prospective or current clients.

Author technical documentation (e.g. white pages and manuals)
-
Keep all current software applications, demos, training files, and all others needed for duties and responsibilities, installed and working at all times.
-
Keep all demonstrations and presentations current and organized including backups for quick installation as needed.
-
Research new products and services for company and monitor and evaluate the activities of the competition.
-
Support Technical Manager in all software, hardware, documentation, and training needed to assist fulfilling all technical duties across EngATech.

Responsible for organized completion, including communication and documentation of all technical support issues
-
Identify areas in clients’ processes where EngATech’s products and/or services may benefit, while communicating these issues to Account Sales Associate and/or client.

The successful applicant will have and continue to develop excellent and effective sales-oriented technical presentation skills.

Acquire and maintain adequate product, services, and industry knowledge necessary to produce at required sales, demonstration, presentation, and technical support levels.

Above Average SolidWorks 3D CAD experience is preferred

Ability to research and analyze engineering/manufacturing operations to identify, recommend, and implement specialized systems, processes, products, and/or services.

Aggressive, "get it done" attitude.

Ability to interact with clients regarding engineering/manufacturing products and/or service needs.

OUTSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE - Job Description
Location: Dallas, TX & Little Rock, AR
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager
SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Include the following. Other duties may be assigned)-
Responsible for identifying and generating revenue opportunities for
EngATech products and services in a defined market.

Establish and maintain long-term, relationships with potential or
current clients to develop, propose and sell the appropriate
EngATech service and/or solution, meeting the needs of the client
and company.
-
Responsible for guiding clients through the sales process to
successful closure.
-
Develop and execute territory sales strategies in order to achieve
and exceed assigned sales goals via cold calls to targeted markets.
-
Responsible for developing and coordinating sales presentations
-
Create, maintain and provide effective, accurate and timely sales
forecasts and pipeline reports.
-
Develop sales process and procedures as needed to instill
bi-directional communications as the organization grows
-
Capture account profile and reference information, and update the
sales database
-
Call on current customers for additional product or services
possibilities and manage leads and accounts using Outlook or ACT
-
Continually pursue market opportunities through creation and
distribution of literature, developing different types of lead
generation and monitoring and evaluating competitor’s activities.

Organize and present at seminars, trade shows and test drives for
EngATech products.
-
Schedule phone & on-site meetings & presentations, as well as
special events, such as marketing seminars & trade shows
