All incoming calls are directed through a Technical Service operator who will transfer you to a SolidWorks support representative who can best handle your question(s). If a representative is not available, you will be called back in a timely manner. A call remains open until the customer and the SolidWorks support representative reach a solution to the question. Any open calls will be monitored to assure a resolution is found.
