September 14, 2005 -- WEBWORKS OS announced it will launch next month a new suite of solutions that will introduce added functionalities to Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting (SBA) 2006. Dubbed “j-Manager”, the suite’s initial offering will include a time and expense billing solution, a data viewer module, and a document merging solution.

Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting 2006, specifically designed for businesses with up to 25 employees, provides integrated tools to help small companies meet important financial needs. The j-Manager solution will introduce enhancements such as a time and expense billing solution ― called “j-Projects” ― that provides a straightforward way to record and report all of a company’s time and expense-related activities.

It will also include a data viewer solution called “j-Viewer”, which enables users to consolidate and view data from different SBA accounts so that only necessary information is extracted. “j-Merger”, on the other hand, is a tool that allows users to merge different SBA document types such as Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. Trial versions of the software can be downloaded for free from the product website, www.j-manager.com. Other solutions are also under development.

Additionally, j-Manager utilizes existing SBA functionalities such as merging, document type creation and export-to-Word, and features a user interface patterned after SBA to promote convenience and ease of use for Microsoft users.

Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting 2006 is available in a stand-alone version or as part of Microsoft Office Small Business Management Edition 2006.
