PCs Can Be Sensible to Music: New Software Identifies Song and Artist

(PRWEB) December 21, 2005 -- Sylvain Demongeot announced today the Release of Tunatic v1.0b, a search engine that identifies songs playing from radio or any other music source. Tunatic displays the song's title within seconds, along with the name of the artist and many useful links to download the song, read the lyrics, buy the CD, etc. Tunatic is free and available for both Windows and Mac OS X platforms.

 “  Tunatic is a powerful radio add-on
"Tunatic is a powerful radio add-on," says Mr Demongeot. :It delivers images or lyrics in one click, when the listener, too often, is otherwise not even told the song's title. Radio is still the most common music source, yet it lacks the interactivity everyone expects from modern media today. And the success of search engines such as Google make people want more and more information in less steps. That's why Tunatic will change the way we listen to radio."

Tunatic is free and available for both Windows and Mac OS X platforms on the Wild Bits website: http://www.wildbits.com/tunatic/

Sylvain Demongeot writes software for the Macintosh and Windows platforms since 1994. He created the much acclaimed "Data Rescue" (now a Prosoft Engineering product) and "Ask the DJ", an automated mix engine.
