BMI's Principal and VP of Client Services, Tim Best, was interviewed for the article. It's not uncommon for them to spend a day of nonstop work, and very little rest, because they have to get a job done. They have the mentality, 'I don't have to have dinner right now; I need to finish this.'"



One of Bradley-Morris' Norfolk-area clients was also featured in the piece. Describing their interaction with BMI, Melissa Griffin, human resources manager at Electric Motor & Contracting Co., Inc. discussed signing up with the military to civilian firm after Electric Motor's positions became harder to fill, saying: "I gave them the job description, not expecting a whole lot back. Within two days, they sent me a resume. The very first resume, we hired that person."
