FKI Logistex® (www.fkilogistex.com), a global leader in integrated material handling solutions, announces that it has won two contracts from consumer products company Helen of Troy Limited (NASDAQ: HELE: www.hotus.com). FKI Logistex will provide the material handling system for Helen of Troy s new 1.2 million square foot distribution center in Southaven, Mississippi, and an upgrade to the pick-to-light system at the company s existing El Paso, Texas distribution center.

Helen of Troy is a leading designer, developer and worldwide marketer of well-known brand-name personal care and household consumer products, including Revlon®, Sunbeam®, Vidal Sassoon®, Karina®, and Oxo®.

The new Southaven distribution center, scheduled for completion in February 2006, will include three multi-level pick modules featuring the FKI Logistex EASYpick® pick-to-light system and Accupass 8482; pick-and-pass conveyor, two EASYpick GoKart 8482; mobile picking units, a high-speed UniSort® sorter and a full quality assurance section. FKI Logistex will also integrate its EASYpick order fulfillment software with Helen of Troy s Oracle® warehouse management system.

At Helen of Troy s existing El Paso distribution center, FKI Logistex will upgrade the order fulfillment operations with a new EASYpick pick-to-light system scheduled to go live this month.
