BrightCom's CEO Robert McCandless to Speak at the COE 2005 Industry Workshop - Automotive in Dearborn Michigan on October 10-11

The COE 2005 Industry Workshop - Automotive focuses on users of engineering applications such as Dassault Systèmes CATIA, ELOVIA, DELMIA and SMARTEAM by providing educational forums and networking opportunities with other users. While focusing on the automotive industry, the workshop also includes new technology in the engineering workspace surrounding development and innovation within the industry.

It is with the concepts of new technology and innovation in mind that Robert McCandless will present his session titled "The Next Generation of Collaboration for Engineering" on October 11th (Session Code: OEM-5) at 1:35 PM. He will discuss how the next generation of engineering workspace needs to incorporate the latest collaboration tools such as live screen sharing, CAD visualization and instant messaging to enhance productivity.

He will also speak about the most recent versions of engineering portals and how they enhance collaboration by including role-based logons with dynamically delivered content and instant live communication. As an industry leader and innovator for over 15 years in collaborative solutions, Robert’s knowledge and influence in engineering collaboration and related subjects is far reaching and imaginative. Participants interested in engineering collaboration will not want to miss this session as it details the future of collaboration and communication as it relates to engineering.
