(PRWEB) June 1, 2006 – Altima Technologies, Inc., the leader in Network Design and Diagramming solutions, announces the addition of ADC to the Manufacturer Certified Stencil (MCS) Program. The MCS program allows ADC to offer Stencils (compatible with Visio, AutoCAD, and many other applications) of its TrueNet® family of connectivity and cabling solutions, as well as other ADC products. “Altima’s MCS program allows our customers, partners and PACE members to access Visio stencils and CAD shapes of ADC equipment in a straight-forward, hassle-free way,” said Jaxon Lang, director of product management, structured cabling, for ADC. “Not only are we making it easier to incorporate ADC products into the network, we’re providing designers with the industry-standard format that speeds up and simplifies their work.”

Stencils of ADC’s entire TrueNet product line will be available through the MCS program. TrueNet is ADC’s family of end-to-end, high-performance enterprise connectivity and structured cabling solutions. TrueNet provides cable, connectivity and cable management solutions that support everything from the data center to the desktop.

“ADC is a world-class provider of communication solutions and we are excited to have them as a MCS partner,” said Dustin Wicks, manager of the Altima Mx division for Altima Technologies. “This partnership benefits customers of both organizations and heightens the product awareness and visibility of ADC products in the marketplace.”

The new MCS program also further strengthens ADC’s Professional Architects, Consultants and Engineers (PACE) program. PACE provides enterprise infrastructure designers with easily accessible design and proposal tools to simplify and aid in overall network specification and design work. It also offers professionals information on emerging technologies, standards and industry trends. Members are provided with direct personal support and access, private briefings and a single point of contact.
