The Eden 3D
Printing System offer unprecedented return on investment for
professional rapid prototyping applications. Printing with the
high accuracy of ultra-thin 16µ
(0.0006”) layers, producing
models with exceptionally fine details and smooth surfaces.
The compact
design and the clean process of the Eden system makes them
ideal for any office environment. Some of the Key Benefits are . . . |
» Ease of Use
Based on Objet’s innovative PolyJet™ technology, Eden 3D printers provides an easy to use, fast and clean solution for the precise building of any geometry. This drastically shortens product development cycles and significantly decreases time to market for new products. Models produced on the Eden line have smooth and durable surfaces, with exceptionally fine details and an outstanding surface finish. The Eden 3D printers offers high resolution in the y-axis of up to 600 dpi – with no difference on print speed.
» Maximum unattended productivity
Featuring a compact footprint and sleek exterior design, all Eden 3D printers supports four 3.6kg Jumbo cartridges of material. This cartridge size allows unmanned operation for extended periods. When two 3.6 kg. cartridges for Model material and two for Support are inserted, and can run for at least 72 hours of continuous unattended printing. That’s a full weekend of productivity, without weekend operator costs.

» Full choice of FullCure® materials The Eden350V and Eden350 support the full line of FullCure® model and support materials, including the opaque VeroBlue, VeroWhite and VeroBlack, and the flexible rubber-like TangoGray, TangoBlack, and TangoBlackPlus. They also support FullCure720 Transparent and the universal FullCure Support. The wide choice of materials opens opportunities for a wide range of applications by enabling models and parts with varying properties in terms of flexibility, elongation at break, and color. The same high accuracy, detail and surface quality are maintained regardless of material choice. |

» Outstanding model surfaces and fine details
- Horizontal layers of 16µ (0.0006”)
- The highest resolution in the market, with identical X&Y resolution of 600 dpi; enables models with fine features in Y direction with no loss of speed
- Eliminates the stair effect common to complicated curved surfaces built in lower resolution
- Produces ultra-fine details usually only available with high-cost 3D Printers
- Thin walls down to 0.6mm (0.024”)
» Super-high productivity
- Up to 20mm/hour/strip
- Full weekend unattended operation, using Jumbo materials cartridges (at least 72 hours of non-stop build capacity)
- Optimax - Automated resin handling

» Three Different Options for your tray size
- Eden 500V - 19.3 x 15.4 x 7.9 (500 x 400 x 200mm)
- Eden 350 & 350V - 13.8 X 13.8 X 7.9 inches (350 X 350 X 200mm)
- Eden 260V - 10.2 X 10.2 X 7.9 inches (260 x 260 x 200mm)
» Two Different Printing Modes
- For all Eden models ending in V (260V, 350V, 500V) easily switch between High Quality and High Speed printing modes, printing at either .5" or .8" an hour in the Z axis (.8" is in high speed mode.)
- Eden "Non V" printers (260 & 350) only print at one speed: .5" an hour in the Z axis.
» Testimonial
“It was essential for us to find an exceptionally
dependable system, our team was much more limited in our design and
engineering capabilities because we hadn’t yet found the right rapid
prototyping solution for us. The fit of the final parts can
often rival that of machined parts. Plus the technology is easy to
use and we never have to worry about errors."
