Objet Connex 3D Printers

Look what you cand do on a Connex 3D Printer

The World’s Only Multi-Material 3D Printing System

The Objet Connex family of 3D printers is the only rapid prototyping technology able to simulate the true look, feel and function of complexly assembled products. Based on Objet’s patented simultaneous material jetting technology, Objet Connex 3D printers can create models made with up to 14 different materials, in a single print job.

By printing with Digital Materials, the Connex™ allows you to print parts with specific Shore A values to match the values of the intended production materials. This capability opens up new opportunities, bringing you much closer to realizing the final product at an early stage, including feasibility testing and over-molding process simulation.

Objet Connex 3D Printers - Key Benefits

» Freedom to Select your Own Materials

From an unrivalled range of over 60 materials including up to 51 Digital Materials™, the Objet Connex line of 3D printers allows users to simulate diverse mechanical and physical properties, from rubber to rigid; opaque to transparent; and standard to ABS-grade engineering plastics.

» Superb Productivity

  • Multi-material models – eliminating the need to design, print and glue separate model elements together .
  • Different parts. Different materials. Same tray – saves time and serves multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Outstanding 16-micron, high-resolution print layer accuracy
  • 600 DPI X & Y resolution
  • Thin walls down to 0.6mm (0.024")
  • Large-size build trays – enabling printing of large parts or many small parts on a single tray.
  • High throughput – Up to 20mm per hour per strip
  • Reliability and robustness – at least 72 hours of non-stop build capacity
  • High speed  – simultaneously print multiple items of different materials; models cure while printing; models can be handled immediately after print
  • Easy-to-remove support material enabling complex geometries
  • Office convenience – Quiet system, using fully-sealed REACH compliant cartridges that are easy to load and unload

» Three Different Options for your tray size

  • Connex 500 - 19.7 x 15.7 x 7.9 inches (500 x 400 x 200mm)
  • Connex 350 - 13.8 X 13.8 X 7.9 inches (350 X 350 X 200mm)
  • Objet260 Connex - 10.2 x 10.2 x 7.9 inches (260 x 260 x 200mm)

Customer Testimonials

“It was obvious to us that Polyjet had certain advantages over SLA, FDM or SLS for particular applications, such as medical models and other applications that require crisp detail and resolution. It [The Connex500] can also build faster models with certain geometries that allow for less cleanup and finish time. The Objet printer was a good complement to the other capabilities we offered in-house.”
Vista Technologies, LLC

“We can print down to 16 microns, the engineers just love it. I can print a knife or a pair of scissors and they work right off the machine; it is very accurate and strong.”
